I had one problem, when I arrived at my destination in Birmingham, Alabama to pack the u-haul the ramp was not on the truck. I called the 800 number and I was told that they would send me one, however, no one came. However, Mythic location was very helpful and an inviting location. I totally recommend this location.

ROBERT SIt’s not the location’s fault. U-Haul makes it entirely too difficult to rent a truck now. It took me over 30 min to get my truck bc I didn’t receive the steps email until last minute. I also had to delete apps off of my phone just to use the app. It’s inconvenient and there should be a better way to check in if you’re allowing a physical place to rent out the trucks other than an actual U-Haul establishment. When I move again, I will be using Penske or some other method bc this was ridiculous. I hated every second of it and won’t be doing again. Additionally, the just running the establishment, totally unrelated to U-Haul, was an absolute gem.
